Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) and the zip code of the shipping address.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. For your convenience, there is a shipping estimate calculator available in your shopping cart where all available rates, including premium options, will be displayed. Each shipper reserves the right to change shipping carriers at their discretion.

Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.

Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday. Our fulfillment center observes most federal holidays.

A tracking number will be emailed to you.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and shipping method selected.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping Time does NOT include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  • Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.
  • Typically, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, on rare occasions, customers need to afford international tariffs and customs tax. Quik-Trip Shopping will not be liable for any such customs tax/charges. If customs agents destroy order items, we will not be responsible, and NO refund will be given. Pay With Credit/Debit Card

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed; we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.

Please note that Quik-Trip Shopping does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payments. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card,” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Coupon Code

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply,” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click” apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

NOTE:

  • Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
  • Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.
  • Items bought under “clearance sale,” “hot sale,” “special deal,” or any other forms of sales are not eligible for discounts.

Tax Info

What is Sales Tax?
  • Sales Tax is charged on items shipped to the U.S. We are required to collect sales tax in those states where we are required to do so by law. You will see the sales tax applied to your order, which will be determined by the destination address of your shipment.
  • As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes are calculated on your total merchandise value.
How much is Sales Tax?
  • Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value of your order, after discount. The tax is calculated based on combined state and local tax rates, as applicable, and the items you are purchasing.
  • We’ll always show you how much Sales Tax you’ll be charged when you go to checkout. The Sales Tax shown at checkout will be for your default address and will be updated if you change your delivery address.
Will Sales Tax be refundable?
  • In case if you return your item for a refund, the Sales Tax will also be refunded back to your original payment method.

DELIVERY

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1) Items are in different warehouses.
2) Hot-sale products need additional preparation time.
3) Weight limit of customs or courier.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.

I still haven't received my package. Where is my order?

You may track your order anytime with our "Track My Order" service. To check, log-in into your account and check "Track" under "My Orders" to follow your parcel.

Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and delivery time. Please check the Shipping Info page for more details.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please contact our Customer Service for further help.

How can I track my order?

It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end, as the next facility needs time to scan parcels. Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.

Does shipping cover customs taxes?
No we do not cover custom taxes and fees.

Typically, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, on rare occasions, customers need to afford the tariffs. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy, Terms of Use Policy for more details.

Because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact the local customs office to get your parcel. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you do not claim your order from your local customs, there is a high possibility that your package will be destroyed but NOT returned. Quik-Trip Shopping is not responsible for any damages and will not offer a refund for such cases.
